RECIPE EASY CHICKEN TACOS

Who does not know the studs? A typical recipe mexican. There are many kinds, even fish. On this occasion, we will prepare a few chicken tacos, with a filling typical of fajitas. That is to say, with peppers and chicken cut in pieces. It is very easy to make and are made with few ingredients, within the reach of all the world. To prepare the tacos, it is better to choose a few tortillas, a rather small size, which can be wheat or corn. In mexico, tacos are usually made with corn tortillas, but every one can use the one you prefer. To make the tacos of corn you will need:

INGREDIENTS to make 6 units:

  • 6 wheat tortillas or corn
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • An onion
  • The juice of a lemon or a lime
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil
  • Chili powder (optional)

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TACOS AND VEGETABLES:

1.- Prepare the peppers. We cut them into thin strips, about 1cm thick and remove the seeds and also the white areas of the tuber. Peel also the onion and cut into cubes

2.- In a frying pan and over high heat, put a squirt of oil to heat. Once hot, add the chicken counted in cubes and and sauté and seal well. That will keep raw on the inside, but that outside is browned a little.

3.- Remove the chicken from the pan and reserve on a plate. In the same pan, we put first the onion and the peppers, red and yellow. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently and then add the green pepper. Cook everything for 10 minutes more, stirring once in a while.

4.- When the vegetable is already squishy, but it is missing just a little touch more to cook, add back the chicken along with the juices that have been able to drop in the dish. Optionally, add chile powder to taste and stir everything well. Cook 5 minutes more

5.- Once ready heat the tortillas wheat or corn in a skillet, by their faces and without any oil, over medium heat. The retreat and we put a few tablespoons of the sofrito of peppers, and chicken. Placed above a little bit of chopped cilantro, a drizzle of lemon juice or lime and finally shredded cheese on top. You could also put guacamole or any other sauce to your liking. We close it, giving it the form of taco and serve immediately

In less than 45 minutes you will have delicious chicken tacos on the table, but be Careful they are addictive!
