STIR FRIED VEGETABLES WITH MUSHROOMS AND PRAWNS IN SOY SAUCE

A recipe that reminds a little of the oriental cuisine. A stir fry with the vegetables al dente, accompanied by grilled prawns and soy sauce. In the end, we get a dish very healthy. A recipe that is prepared very quickly, easily and inexpensively. The vegetables to use, are completely optional, but a good suggestion, is that you are ready then.

INGREDIENTS for 4 people:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 250g of prawns
  • 200g of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

RECIPE OF STIR FRIED VEGETABLES WITH SHRIMP:

Time required: 15 minutes.

For us it’s perfect, we’re going to make this , stir fried vegetables with mushrooms and prawns, in a particular order. Starting with ingredients more cooking time required, and ending with the least.

  1. We started to sauté the mushrooms over very strong.In a frying pan to high, add a small drizzle of oil, and heat it over high heat. When very hot, add the mushrooms cut into slices. The fry with movements of the frying pan for 2 minutes.
  2. Then, add the carrots and the onions, without letting them saute.Maintaining the high heat, add the carrot cut into slices, and the onion, cut into thin strips. Continue to saute everything for another 3-4 minutes. After this time, add the following ingredients.
  3. Now it is the turn of the broccoli, and shortly after, the shrimp.To continue, we put in the pan the broccoli, cut in branches the size of a bite. Let everything cook for 2 minutes, and add the shrimp, already peeled. Continue cooking for around another 2 minutes, always over a high heat and without leaving a skip.
  4. Finally, we give our stir-fry vegetables with mushrooms and prawns an oriental touch.This is done, we poured the soy sauce over the ingredients, and a little salt and pepper. Fry briefly, for about 30 seconds, and serve immediately on individual serving plates.

Short and prepares, in advance, the ingredients, and used a frying pan to high or a wok. So what you can do in order and you’ll prevent the ingredients from spilling. Enjoy at home this sauteed vegetables al dente, and their fabulous oriental touch.
